XProlube Bearing & Circulating Oil 150

XProlube Bearing & Circulating Oil 150 is a fully synthetic Group IV polyalphaolefin (PAO) lubricant engineered for heavy-load slow-speed bearings, plain and rolling-element supports under elevated stress, industrial gearboxes, and large continuous-circulating systems. The ISO VG 150 grade is matched to heavy-duty bearing service where higher film thickness must be retained at elevated mechanical loads and operating temperatures. Formulated with a balanced rust & oxidation (R&O) and extreme-pressure (EP) additive package, it delivers exceptional thermal and oxidative stability, superior demulsibility, and reliable air release. Compliant target window for ISO 12925-1 Type CKT, ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02 Synthetic Lubricant, and DIN 51517 Part 3 (CLP). Compatible with Siemens / VAI Pomini / Morgan "Morgoil" continuous-circulating bearing lubrication systems.

Applications
- Heavy-load slow-speed bearings in steel-mill rolling stands and reversing-duty finishing trains
- Rolling-mill Morgoil bearings under elevated mechanical and thermal load
- Marine stern-tube installations and large propulsion-bearing service requiring high film thickness
- Industrial gearboxes and reducers requiring heavier-viscosity CKT / CLP-class synthetic circulating oil
- Continuous-circulating systems where film-thickness retention is critical at elevated operating temperatures
